About Us


Janahita provides an end to end grievance management system wherein grievance can be logged into a single repository with the help of various means viz. Web, WhatsApp, Email, Online, Call center, and mobile application. It provides citizens, a direct access to the Government of Telangana. It would be a shared system for grievance handling for all Government departments and agencies thereby reducing redundancy, operational overheads & costs. If you have any grievance against any Government organization in your region, you may lodge your grievance here.
It’s being developed & implemented by IT E&C department in the State of Telangana for District Rajanna Sircilla.

How do we work?


Citizens can register at TS Janajitha platform 24*7 using the options of whatsapp to 9398684240 , email id janahitharsd@gmail.com or walkin to nearest office and register their grievance.

The grievance upon registration is assigned a unique grievance id which is alerted through SMS message to both the citizen and the concerned department. The grievance process is entirely traced and reminder alerts are sent during entire process till completion. The grievances covers all the departments and mandals of Rajanna Sircilla district, Telangana.
